Job Description
We are seeking a visionary leader for our Director of Operations position. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive our organization forward, implement growth strategies, and lead our team to success.
As our Director of Operations, you’ll:
• Lead the organization through transformative change, implementing innovative growth strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff and volunteers.
• Build and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance our brand and community presence.
• Ensure efficient operation of our programs and services.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic planning.
Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is a preferred.
• Equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
